Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) the world's second largest air carrier, is seeking $2.6 billion in loans to refinance debt, according to a Bloomberg report.
The settlement is being paid in stocks and warrants of the "new" General Motors, and will resolve 34 different environmental claims in 11 states.
GM is trading down 2% at $31.65 per share.
