Mr. Graf will start his new role on April 11th.

He was most recently employed as an investment advisor with Aquiline Capital Partners, a private equity company based in New York specializing in the financial services industry.

Mr. Guthrie will remain employed at Discover during the transition.

Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS) announced Monday that Mark Graf would become its new chief financial officer, replacing Roy Guthrie.

Luciano will lead the company's global operations and commercial activities. He will report to the company's Office of the Chairman, comprised of Chairman, CEO and President Patricia Woertz and Vice Chairman John Rice.

Patricia Woertz commented on the announcement saying, "I am very pleased to have Juan join our senior executive team and partner with us as we grow the value, earnings and size of our company.

Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE:ADM) announced that Juan R. Luciano will join the company in the new role of Executive Vice President and COO, which is effective on April 12.

He will replace Charlie Shaver, who has occupied the position since July of 2004. Mr. McDonnell previously served as the President and CEO for Pregis Corporation.

TPC Group (NASDAQ:TPCG) today announced that Michael T. McDonnell has been elected by the Board of Directors to be the company's new President and CEO effective tomorrow, March 22nd, 2011.

First Solar (FSLR) slips after it said late Tuesday Mark Widmar will join as CFO. Widmar will succeed James Zhu, who has been interim CFO since Jan. 1. Zhu will retain his role as FSLR's Chief Accounting Officer.
