The company plans to raise between $95.9 million and $123.3 million by offering 13.7 million shares, 8.7 million of which are being sold by shareholders.

At the mid-point of the price range, the company would have a market capitalization of $1.27 billion.

The company, founded in 2000, reported $137.7 million in sales for the 12 months ended January 31, 2011, up 138% from the year prior.

The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "P."
