Under the terms of the purchase agreement, OnSite Services will remain the preferred repair organization for CFN, V. Mueller and Snowden-Pencer specialty surgical instruments.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

CFN shares are down 0.46% to $27.86.
