Good morning, welcome to the Financial News Network, your source for the latest business news. Here's a few things to watch for in the financial world today June 25.

Multiple reports are coming out this morning on Anheuser-Busch's (NYSE:BUD) possible buy-out deal with beverage maker Groupo Modelo. Anheuser-Busch InBev already owns 50% of the Corona maker and reportedly will buy the rest of the company for $12 billion. However, this is just speculation as of right now. Neither company had a comment about the possible acquisition but it is rumored the deal may be announced as early as this week. Keep an eye on the "BUD" stock this morning though, it will be moving more on this news.

Teva Pharmaceuticals (NYSE:TEVA) announcing some good news this morning. The company won a huge patent-infringement case against many of its competitors, including Novartis (NYSE:NVS) and Mylan (NYSE:MYL). The lawsuit involved Teva's flagship drug Copaxone. The company claimed the generic versions of the drug were being made without the approval of Teva, which infringed on its patent. A judge in Manhattan ruled that Teva's claims were valid and enforceable regarding Copaxone. So, look out for this one it today's trading session, it is already up on this news.

And finally the U.S. is low on truckers. According to USA Today, employment for truckers is down, causing delays in deliveries and wages to increase. There are many factors leading up to this, including less young people entering a trucking career, high training course costs, and a high turnover rate, which is now at 90 percent. Because of the shortage, the annual salary for a trucker as increased 5% over this year from $45,000 to $50,000. And this shortage might get even worse, when stricter federal regulations on the number of hours drivers can work will take effect. Companies will have to hire more truckers, which they don't have enough of right now. Because of this news, a good thing to watch today are shipping companies and online retailers that ship all of their merchandise such as FedEx (NYSE:FDX) or Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN).
