Moving fast in the pre-market session are shares of Taylor Devices up over 41% following Q2 results; AnnTaylor up 10% following quarterly results; RC2 Corp up over 9% following Tomy’s announcement to buy the company for $642 million; Atrinsic up over 7%; and Valero Energy Corp up over 4% on news that it will buy Chevron’s Pembroke refinery for $1.73 billion. Shares of Sprint Nextel are down over 2% on news of Clearwire’s management shake-up; and shares of Alcoa are down over 2%.
