Majesco Entertainment (COOL) today announced that it has appointed Michael Vesey as its Chief Financial Officer.
Vesey, who has been with the company for more than four years has been acting as its interim CFO since August 2010. Before that he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer.
Shares are down 1.80% to $1.64.
